We are looking for an **Occupational Safety Technician** to join our on-site team located in the **center of Lisbon**. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and control of occupational safety and health conditions, guaranteeing compliance with legislation and industry best practices in construction at the heart of the capital. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor on-site work execution from a safety perspective; * Identify hazards and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Verify compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Prepare and update all legally required documentation; * Conduct internal audits and promote awareness initiatives; * Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, and external entities. **Requirements:** * Professional certification as a Senior Occupational Safety Technician (Level VI); * Experience in on-site environments, preferably in the construction sector; * Knowledge of applicable OSH legislation; * Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and autonomy; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid company with reference projects; * Collaborative team and positive work environment; * Opportunity for professional development; * Health insurance; * 24 vacation days \+ birthday leave.
