Digital Performance Specialist*

Summary: Assist with performance marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics, conduct market research, and coordinate creative development for various ad platforms. Highlights: 1. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail ROLE: Campaign Support \& Execution: Assist with the launch, management and fine\-tuning of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, among others. Performance Monitoring \& Reporting: Evaluate key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist the team through performance dashboards and consistent reporting to support evidence\-based decisions. Market \& Competitor Research: Assist in researching trends, competitors, and keywords to discover growth opportunities and improve advertising strategies for optimal results. Creative \& Copy Coordination: Partner with design and content teams to assist in developing and testing creatives, advertising copy, and landing pages customized for different audiences and platforms. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or equivalent areas (preferred); Previous hands\-on experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2\+ years required); Passion for digital marketing and enthusiasm for building a career in performance marketing; Strong analytical thinking and careful attention to detail; Fluent in Portuguese and able to operate autonomously in English; Genuine team player, self\-sufficient, proactive and accountable; Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
