In practice, your day\-to\-day Integrated into the CoE Applications Development \& Maintenance team, your mission will be to manage releases, focusing on all aspects necessary to coordinate interdependencies between projects so they are integrated into a single solution and released at the same time. Main responsibilities include: Planning and ensuring compliance with the release schedule. Managing and communicating release windows (freeze periods between environments and required preparation tasks). Coordinating meetings essential to the process (Preview Meeting, Handover Meeting, and Release Follow\-up Meeting). Coordinating different projects contributing to a release (impact management). Managing risks associated with the release. Ensuring availability of resources required for the release. Communicating details of projects included in the release to all stakeholders. Monitoring and tracking the release process. Ensuring release process quality and continuous improvement. The Mission is important, but the Team and workplace matter too! You hold a higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Management, or related fields; At least 5 years of experience in project and/or release management, preferably within the banking sector; Advanced level of spoken and written English; Availability to support night-time releases; Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; Customer-focused mindset; Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities; Adaptability and resilience.
