Key responsibilities include: * Project and maintenance contract management; * Management of technical maintenance teams; * Workload management and daily task organization; * Direct client contact. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Registration with the Order of Engineers (OE) or the Order of Technical Engineers (OET), College of Mechanics (mandatory); * Minimum two years’ professional experience in managing mechanical installations contracts; * Experience in maintenance contract management is valued; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Ability to prepare construction works; * IT proficiency, particularly MS Project and SAP software (valued); * Experience leading operational teams; * Communication skills, teamwork ability, and leadership capacity; * Commitment, rigor, and reliability; * Valid driver’s license for light vehicles (preferred); * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. **We Offer:** * Specialized support throughout the onboarding process; * Opportunity for professional learning and training; * Integration into a corporate group with strong national and international recognition. **Location:** Lisbon
