Job Summary: We are seeking a Multiskilled Technician to ensure maintenance and proper functioning of a facility/building, conducting inspections and interventions in electrical and mechanical areas. Focus on preventive and corrective maintenance We are recruiting a **Multiskilled Technician** to join our team at Cascais Shopping in Lisbon. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the facility/building * Conduct daily routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance * Perform first-level electrical and mechanical tasks * Report all interventions carried out **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Neat appearance and good personal hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Shift allowance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
