Key Responsibilities: * Deliveries to customers; * Receiving materials into the warehouse; * Picking customer orders for delivery and shipment; * Dispatching orders to customers; * Providing accurate and timely information daily to our customers, in person, by phone, or by e\-mail; * Consistently achieving productivity, customer satisfaction, and goal attainment; * Completing tasks within established deadlines; * Accurately entering data into the ERP system; * Keeping the department you are assigned to clean; * Maintaining loss prevention awareness, assisting in physical inventories and daily stock control and organization routines; * Participating in warehouse opening and closing procedures. Education, Experience, and Competencies: * We seek individuals with a professional appearance and, above all, a GENUINE INTEREST IN CUSTOMERS; * Ability to lift up to 25 kg; * Ability to stand for extended periods; * Depending on the position, availability to work weekends and holidays; * Availability to participate in company events; * Open-mindedness toward other functions and tasks assigned; * Valid driver's license for light vehicles. * Preference given to candidates with experience operating forklifts
