Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead, supervise, and develop units in the Central-Southern region, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement of results. Actively contribute to the growth of the expanding brand REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER – CENTRAL/SOUTHERN REGION Work Area: Figueira da Foz, Leiria, Lisbon, and surrounding areas Blend CoffeeShop by Grupo HC is undergoing strong growth and expansion and is looking to hire a Regional Operations Manager to lead, supervise, and develop our units in the Central-Southern region. We seek an experienced professional with strong leadership ability, results orientation, and passion for operational excellence. Main Responsibilities * Ensure operational excellence across units under responsibility; * Lead, develop, and supervise management and operations teams; * Analyze and monitor operational, commercial, and financial KPIs; * Implement action plans for continuous improvement of results; * Ensure compliance with quality, service, and product standards; * Guarantee adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations; * Support operational audits and corrective action plans; * Control operational costs, productivity, and unit profitability; * Participate in the opening, integration, and development of new units; * Collaborate directly with senior management in defining and executing the operational strategy. Required Profile * Higher education degree in Nutrition, Management, Food Engineering, or related field (preferred); * Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-unit operational management roles; * Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or food retail sectors; * Strong leadership and people management capabilities; * Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality control; * Strong analytical skills and performance indicator orientation; * Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities; * Willingness to travel frequently between units; * Valid driver's license.
