It operates within an extensive Iberian transport network, featuring its own offices and branches, offering enhanced security, faster response times, and greater flexibility in urgent parcel transportation and delivery. **MISSION AND OBJECTIVES** \- Collections management; \- Courier management; \- Operational and administrative support for distribution services; \- Complaint handling. **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Collections processing; \- Coordination of courier activities: delivery monitoring; \- Direct client contact (on-site delivery support to resolve logistical issues); \- Merchandise shipment management and coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries; \- Logistics flow monitoring through to final delivery, ensuring compliance with required standards; \- Incident handling; **REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES** \- Secondary education qualification; \- Professional experience in similar roles (preferably within the same industry); \- Proficiency in end-user computer applications; \- Proactive profile with organizational, planning, control, and results-oriented capabilities. \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
