Job Summary: We are looking for a Logistics Assistant responsible for supporting kiosks and events, ensuring warehouse organization and proper stock replenishment, within a young and dynamic food service environment in Lisbon. We are a young and dynamic company in the food service sector, seeking a Logistics team member!!! We offer good working conditions and an excellent work environment, continuous working hours, and two consecutive days off per week. **MISSION:** Provide full support to all kiosks and events, and ensure the warehouse is well-organized and properly stocked. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Responsibility, resilience, attention to detail, and proactivity; \- Ability to work effectively and with energy; \- Strong verbal communication skills; \- Good interpersonal relationships; \- Residence in the Lisbon area. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Act as the liaison between the warehouse and kiosks for all necessary matters; \- Collect cash register closures; \- Go shopping whenever required; \- Ensure the warehouse is tidy and well-organized; \- Manage warehouse stock and place necessary orders; \- Ensure invoices are collected and correctly delivered to the office; \- Report any maintenance needs immediately; \- Assist in setting up and dismantling all events, and ensure transportation of furniture to events; \- Take vans to workshops, for servicing and inspections whenever needed, and handle EMEL parking permits; \- Support kiosks during breaks or opening/closing as needed; \- Ensure all keys function properly and manage door opening/closing as required; \- Deliver change money whenever needed; \- Make bank deposits; \- Receive suppliers and redistribute deliveries as needed. **Employment Type:** Full-Time If you are the person we are looking for, please send your CV to recrutamento@bananacafe.pt Employment Type: Full-Time
