As part of its growth strategy, it is currently recruiting a Metalwork Shop Supervisor to coordinate and supervise metalwork operations. Job Description: Coordination and leadership of the metalwork team (workshop and/or construction site); Planning and organization of tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards; Reading, interpretation, and validation of technical drawings; Technical support to the team during metalwork execution; Control of materials, equipment, and consumables; Coordination with the Site Management team and other departments; Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a metalworker and in coordination/leadership roles (mandatory); Solid knowledge of metal fabrication and welding processes; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership; Good communication and team management skills; Immediate or short-term availability.
