Currently, they are looking to hire a Head Waiter to join one of their casual-concept restaurants with dynamic service located in the Carcavelos area. ### **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, train, and motivate the front-of-house team; * Organize and oversee service delivery, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards; * Ensure outstanding customer service and a personalized customer experience; * Manage reservations, guest reception, and customer follow-up; * Supervise opening and closing procedures, including cash control; * Manage inventory and support operational control; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; * Experience in leadership and team management; * Good knowledge of English (mandatory); * Strong customer orientation and commitment to service quality; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and stress management capability; * Energy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends).
