Our bar will focus on craft cocktails, exclusive ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere with great music. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender/Mixologist to lead our team and create an unforgettable experience for our customers. Responsibilities: Cocktail Creation: Develop and innovate a diverse cocktail menu that demonstrates creativity and quality. Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to keep the menu updated and engaging. Customer Service: Interact with customers, offering recommendations and personalized service. Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain organized inventory to ensure smooth bar operations. Conduct regular inventories and manage costs effectively. Quality Control: Ensure all beverages are prepared according to standards and served with attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration and Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and tastings to attract and engage customers. Lead initiatives to promote the venue by collaborating with brands, guest bartenders, and other industry professionals. Online Content Creation: Work with the creative director and the rest of the team to ensure a consistent online presence that truly reflects the brand's identity and values. Efficiency: Collaborate closely with the management team to align bar operations with overall business objectives and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in bartending/mixology. Skills: Solid knowledge of cocktail techniques, distilled spirits, and mixology trends. Ability to create exclusive cocktails and manage a diverse beverage menu. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and foster a positive team environment. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential. Problem Solving: Strong organizational ability and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Certification: Relevant certifications in cocktails and food safety are desirable. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in bartending/mixology. * Skills: Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, and mixology trends. Ability to create signature cocktails and manage a diverse drink menu. * Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and foster a positive team environment. English \& Portuguese proficiency is a must. * Problem Solving: Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. * Certification: Relevant certifications in bartending and food safety are preferred.
