With offices in Lisbon and Porto, our predominantly female team reflects our commitment to inspiring confidence and personal expression. **About the Role** The **Data Analyst** will be responsible for leading ONE's data and technology infrastructure, ensuring information is transformed into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role combines strong analytical capabilities — focusing on metric creation, data modeling, and reporting — with responsibility for maintaining and evolving the company’s technological platforms and tools. It will serve as a central bridge between business and technology, supporting various departments (Finance, Commercial, Product, and Operations) through reliable data, clear dashboards, and efficient technological solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **Data & Analytics** * Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to support decision-making. * Create business metrics in **DAX**, ensuring data consistency and reliability. * Use **SQL** for data extraction, transformation, and modeling from diverse sources. * Define and monitor critical KPIs across company departments. * Support teams in interpreting data and foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization. **Tech** * Manage and provide support for the company’s technological platforms and tools. * Serve as the internal point of contact for technology-related matters, ensuring proper operation of various systems. * Evaluate new technological solutions to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability. * Collaborate with external partners when necessary for system implementation and maintenance. * Ensure the technological infrastructure keeps pace with the brand’s growth and ambition. **Who We’re Looking For** * Solid experience in Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics roles. * Strong proficiency in DAX, Power BI (or similar tools), and SQL. * Experience building data models and defining business metrics. * General knowledge of technology, enterprise systems, and tools. * High analytical capability and attention to detail. * Curiosity and enthusiasm to deeply understand the business and transform data into real impact. * Autonomous, organized, and results-driven profile. * Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. **What We Offer** * Central role in shaping the data and technology strategy of a growing brand. * Cross-functional impact across all business areas. * Dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-oriented environment. * Opportunity for personal and professional growth.
