The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals and possess well-developed knowledge of diverse culinary techniques. Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes according to established standards, following provided recipes and guidelines. * Perform preparatory tasks such as cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients to ensure dish quality and consistency. * Cook food using various methods, including grilling, baking, frying, and others. * Monitor ingredient stock levels and request necessary items to maintain kitchen efficiency. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and coordinated service. Requirements: * Prior experience as a chef or in a similar position is preferred. * Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and preparations. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive, creative attitude and problem-solving skills. * Awareness of hygiene and food safety standards. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
