Job Summary: Professional required to operate heavy and light equipment at a Sorting Center, ensuring material handling and storage while complying with safety and environmental regulations. Focus on safety, quality, and environment. ### **Job Mission** Carry out tasks related to the operation of equipment and vehicles assigned to the Sorting Center, ensuring receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of materials in accordance with supervisory instructions and applicable regulations, while guaranteeing compliance with defined operational procedures, activity reporting, and adherence to established quality, environmental, and safety rules. ### **Responsibilities** * Operate heavy and light equipment assigned to Sorting Center activities, including forklifts, multi-functional forklifts, and wheel loaders. * Perform handling, loading, unloading, and storage of waste and recyclable materials. * Ensure feeding of sorting lines and proper stock management of materials. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and circulation areas. * Carry out internal material transportation according to operational requirements. * Report to supervisors any anomalies or equipment failures detected. * Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance operations as per defined plans. Comply with current Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and procedures. * ### **Requirements** * Experience operating heavy and light machinery, particularly forklifts, multi-functional forklifts, and wheel loaders. * Driving license category C. * Driving license category E (preferred). * Valid CAM. Forklift operator certification. * ### **Competencies** * Minimum compulsory education level. * Professional experience in industrial settings, logistics operations, or waste management. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity. * Sense of responsibility and safety awareness. * Teamwork capability. * Availability and flexibility to meet operational needs. **Location:** CT and Ecocenter \- Sorting Center and Ecocenter of Lumiar
