Our clientele includes Danone, FM Logistic, Fnac\-Darty, Essilor, and Ferrero. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Group Consolidation \& Financial Reporting Specialist** to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for IFRS consolidation and official financial communication, while also ensuring strong coordination with the Group’s external auditors. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform **Group IFRS consolidation** on a quarterly basis; * Define and document the **Group accounting policies and standards**; * Manage and monitor **intercompany transactions** (including transfer pricing definition); * Define, maintain and ensure compliance with **Group financial frameworks** (KPIs, governance rules, Finance data dictionary); * Ensure the **consistency and quality of consolidated financial data**. **Reporting \& Stakeholder Management** * Produce **external statutory financial reporting** for: + Supervisory Board + Investors + Banks / financial authorities * Manage the relationship with the Group’s **external auditors**. **Analysis \& Performance** * Prepare and document **sensitive accounting positions**; * Build, analyze and explain **Group financial indicators**. **Qualifications** * Fluency in French and English (both mandatory); * Strong knowledge of **IFRS consolidation**; * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; * Experience in financial reporting and interaction with external stakeholders; * Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly. **Additional Information** Generix is committed to build an inclusive environment, in which diversity and equity are truly part of our culture, so all our positions are open to people with disabilities.
