Job Summary: Coordinate industrial projects, managing resources and performance indicators, while ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) projects. 2. Promote continuous improvement and optimization of industrial processes. 3. Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment and Safety requirements. We are seeking a Project Manager for the Process Research, Development and Innovation Department. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar fields (preferred), or relevant technical training with proven industrial experience; * Professional experience in resource planning and performance indicator (KPI) monitoring within an industrial context; * Knowledge of CAD 2D and 3D drawing interpretation (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD); * Ability to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Technical English proficiency (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor and coordinate industrial projects; * Ensure coordination among different departments and operational teams; * Monitor deadlines, tasks, resources and performance indicators; * Ensure follow-up and validation of work plans; * Support operational data analysis and deviation identification; * Organize and attend project progress meetings; * Collaborate in implementing continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment and Safety requirements. **Work Location:** Serpins (Lousã)
