




Job Summary: Coordinate teams and the production process, ensuring proper resource allocation and smooth facility operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. Planning and organization Coordinate one or more teams and their work, adjusting and controlling the production process through direct interaction and/or facility monitoring equipment, in alignment with higher-level instructions; Ensure appropriate allocation of human and material resources across various activities required for smooth production process and facility operations; Provide operational support regarding equipment usage, handling, movement, and/or transportation within the facility; Participate in and propose projects and/or investments aimed at improving the production process and facility efficiency; Ensure proper coordination among maintenance, operational, and emergency teams to guarantee execution of required procedures; Record and report incidents related to performed activities; Maintain the facility in good condition and ensure its proper upkeep. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile** * 12th grade education / Higher education degree in Engineering or related fields; * Professional experience in team management (preferred); * Knowledge of Mechanics (preferred); * Computer literacy | Office software; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Leadership; * Results orientation; * Planning and organization; * Initiative and proactivity; * Rigor and reliability; * Teamwork; **Location:** Fundão
