**About the Role:**
We are seeking a **Network Support Engineer (Level 2)** to join a team responsible for operational support and monitoring of network environments.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for executing first-line operational activities, including monitoring, initial diagnosis, and resolution of standard incidents according to defined procedures.
This role requires foundational networking knowledge, analytical ability, and operational discipline to ensure proper ticket handling, documentation updates, and appropriate escalation of situations exceeding existing procedures.
The candidate will also support senior network engineers in daily operations, contributing to service stability and infrastructure environment maintenance.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of **2 years of professional experience in network support**, matching a **Level 2** profile;
* Experience in network monitoring and execution of first-line operational activities;
* Knowledge of basic diagnosis and troubleshooting using runbooks and defined procedures;
* Ability to handle standard incidents and correctly escalate non-standard situations;
* Experience supporting equipment replacement, installation, and network device diagnostics;
* Knowledge of ticket updating and management, inventory, configurations, and technical documentation;
* Ability to support senior engineering teams in daily infrastructure operations.
**Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience):**
* **CompTIA Network+** certification or equivalent experience;
* **Cisco Certified Technician (CCT)** certification;
* **ITIL Foundation** certification.
