The candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily network operations, guaranteeing infrastructure service stability, availability, and performance. They will play an active role in executing configurations, resolving incidents, troubleshooting, and implementing technical changes. This role requires technical autonomy, analytical capability, and experience supporting diverse networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity. The candidate will also play a key role in continuous service improvement, contributing to updating technical documentation, change management, and optimizing operational processes. **Requirements** * Minimum of **5 years of professional experience in Networking**, with autonomy consistent with a **Level 3** profile; * Experience in daily operation and maintenance of enterprise networks; * Solid knowledge of configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation of changes in networking environments; * Experience supporting **LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity** environments; * Ability to analyze and resolve technical incidents, ensuring service stability and availability; * Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational records; * Participation in continuous improvement activities, incident management, problem management, and change management. **Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience):** * **Cisco CCNA** certification or equivalent experience; * **CompTIA Network+** certification or equivalent experience; * **ITIL Foundation** certification; * Certification or proven experience in **Cloud Networking**.
