Opportunity to work with a global tech client We are seeking diligent and detail\-oriented **Data Annotators** fluent in **German** to support a world\-renowned short\-video platform. Your work will directly contribute to improving content quality and user experience by helping train AI models to recognize and categorize ambiguous or low\-quality content. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and assess multimedia content (videos/photos) based on predefined quality criteria * Accurately label content into specific poor\-quality categories for model training * Meet daily quality and quantity targets set by the Project Manager * Adapt to evolving guidelines and project updates * Maintain a high level of attention to detail and responsibility **Requirements:** * Native or fluent German speaker * Good command of English (minimum B2 level) * Must be able to work onsite in Lisbon * Background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a strong plus * At least 6months experience in data annotation or content moderation. * Strong attention to detail and ability to support team improvement **Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** 950€/ month * **Language Market Bonus:** 400€/ month (after training period) * **Meal Allowance:** 6€/work day * **Onsite Work Model** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week) * Opportunity to work with a global tech client * Supportive and inclusive team culture in a newly established Lisbon office At Thoth AI, we foster a **familiar and supportive work environment** where every team member is valued and encouraged to grow.
