**YOUR IMPACT**
Santander Portugal is looking for an Intern \| Special Projects \| Specialized Solutions based in Lisbon.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
* Monitoring credit operations from their entry into the Bank until formalization
* Liaising with the corporate commercial area
* Participating in meetings with corporate clients
* Analyzing investment projects across various industry sectors
* Understanding the Bank’s credit risk criteria and appetite
* Contributing to building financial models for project analysis
* Participating in the structuring of credit operations (tenor, repayment profile, and other conditions)
* Preparing presentations for investment projects under review
* Participating in discussions of projects with the Bank’s Credit Risk areas
* Supporting and participating in the formalization of credit operations
* Attending meetings with the Legal area to prepare financing agreements
* Monitoring the portfolio of structured financing credit

**Professional Experience**
**Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics / Management, with a focus on finance
**Languages**
* English proficiency (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred)
**Hard Skills**
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Knowledge of financial analysis, company valuation, and accounting
**Soft Skills**
* Interpersonal skills, service orientation, and constructive mindset
* Critical thinking, attention to detail, and solution orientation
* Organized and autonomous
* Analytical ability, data interpretation, and capacity to generate actionable recommendations
