Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise rehabilitation and renovation projects; Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; Manage teams, suppliers, and technical partners; Monitor project progress and anticipate/resolve challenges; Ensure communication with clients, guaranteeing final results exceed expectations. Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; Strong organizational, leadership, and detail-oriented skills; Proactive profile with excellent communication skills and results orientation; Good command of English and a valid driver's license.
