Job Summary: Interpret data and conduct customer analysis to facilitate and optimize management decision-making and company performance. Key Highlights: 1. Design and develop strategies through data manipulation and analysis. 2. Apply analytical models to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies. 3. Prepare reports and proposals for management teams. JOB PURPOSE Interpret data and conduct internal and external customer analysis to facilitate and optimize management decision-making and company performance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and develop strategies through recurring manipulation and analysis of large volumes of data, based on structured and normalized datasets. * Apply analytical models and analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies, identify improvement opportunities, define action plans, and present recommendations to the management team for subsequent adjustment and implementation. * Analyze cross-functional business data and variables, including portfolio performance, effectiveness of levers, customer behavior forecasting, portfolio re-evaluation, customer profitability, productivity, judicial management, among others. * Prepare reports, analyses, and proposals directed to the management team and other organizational departments. * Adhere to environmental best practices in the office context. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS \& COMMUNICATIONS **INTERNAL:** * Operations; * Finance; * IT / Information Systems; * *Master Servicing*; * Senior Management Team. **PERSON SPECIFICATION****: **FORMAL EDUCATION \& CERTIFICATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. **KNOWLEDGE \& EXPERIENCE** * Databases; * Excel; * PowerPoint and other industry-standard tools; * Good command of English; * SQL knowledge (preferred). * Spanish language knowledge (preferred).
