Currently recruiting for the position of **Architect – Construction Projects.** **Job Description:** * Development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with defined functional, technical, and aesthetic requirements; * Active collaboration in defining efficient construction solutions and optimizing costs without compromising quality; * On-site supervision of construction works, participating in progress meetings with internal and external teams; * Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of all architectural solutions, with knowledge of licensing procedures and communication with competent authorities; * Supporting the Project General Coordinator in technical meetings with material suppliers and in developing design and finishing solutions; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; * Proven experience in the industry; * Interest and motivation to directly supervise construction projects; * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities; * Dynamic and proactive profile, with strong problem-solving and incident management capabilities; * Experience and enjoyment in client interaction, with attention to detail and specific project needs; * Sensitivity towards Interior Design; * Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent technical drawing software; * Ability to create models and produce 3D renderings (preferred). **Offer:** \- Competitive salary; \- Permanent contract; \- Integration into a young and dynamic team. **Working Hours:** Weekdays, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Applications must be sent by e\-mail.
