First-level electrical and mechanical work We are recruiting **Multiskilled Technicians** to join our Lx Factory team. **Duration:** July 13 to September 04 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and optimal operation of the facility/building * Perform daily routine inspections and corrective/preventive maintenance * Carry out minor first-level electrical and mechanical work * Report all interventions performed **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Neat appearance and good personal hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Possibility of permanent employment based on performance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
