Close mentoring and continuous development **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** The **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, provides capability building, consulting, and team augmentation services, supporting organizations in defining operational models, driving continuous improvement, and enabling agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within digital transformation contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is recruiting a Senior Program Manager!** **Your mission:** * Manage a highly complex data transformation program, ensuring coordination of multiple parallel initiatives; * Lead the execution of data migration projects, implementation of solutions, and development of regulatory and technological support tools; * Ensure alignment among internal teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders; * Manage a complex ecosystem involving the client’s internal teams, an external implementation partner, and a German vendor responsible for a critical platform; * Ensure initiative monitoring and governance with PMO support; * Guarantee alignment among business, technology, and operational and regulatory requirements; * Manage dependencies, risks, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a high-urgency environment; **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or related fields (preferred); * Proven experience managing complex programs or projects in IT/SI environments; * Experience in digital transformation, data-related initiatives, or system implementations; * Strong stakeholder management capabilities in corporate and regulated environments; * Experience working with multicultural teams and external vendors; * Ability to operate effectively under high pressure and urgency; * Knowledge of project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid); * Experience in banking or financial services (valued); * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory); **Work Location:** Marques de Pombal **Work Model:** Hybrid (4 days/week)
