As a **Project Manager** in our **Airspace Mobility Solutions** team, you will contribute to international projects that shape the future of **Air Traffic Management**, collaborating with customers and global teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful project outcomes. Explore how Thales is shaping the future of Air Traffic Management through innovative solutions! **Responsibilities:** --------------------- * Lead end\-to\-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting customer satisfaction and financial objectives; * Coordinate cross\-functional teams, subcontractors, and global engineering teams to ensure successful project execution; * Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and contractual compliance; * Monitor project performance, manage risks and mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with Thales Project Management governance; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth; * Support bid and proposal activities by contributing to competitive, high\-quality project plans aligned with Thales governance. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field. * 5 years of minimum experience as Project Manager or Bid Manager; * Strong knowledge of project management and systems engineering, with experience in project planning, risk, procurement and financial management; * Proven leadership, stakeholder management and cross\-functional team coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment; * Professional proficiency in English and availability to travel; * IPMA or equivalent certification (nice to have).
