Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and curious Functional Analyst to join our team, focused on understanding business needs, support the implementation and maintenance of the new ERP system across multiple areas, including Finance, Procurement, Sales B2B, Projects, and HR, and supporting users through process and system improvements. Key Responsibilities * Implementation Support: Participate in ERP configurations, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT); document system updates and prepare configuration changes; validate system performance. * Business Interaction: Support key business users throughout implementation and maintenance; gather requirements and translate them into ERP functionalities; provide first\-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues. * Documentation \& Compliance: Maintain process documentation and configuration records; ensure adherence to internal governance and compliance standards. Required Skills \& Experience * 2–4 years of hands\-on experience with ERP systems (Primavera, Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications. * Experience in workshops, interviews, and documentation of use cases. * Familiarity with system configuration and functional testing. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Fluency in Portuguese and good working knowledge of English. * Experience working in cross\-functional teams and international environments. Preferred Qualifications * Degree in Informática de Gestão, Engenharia Informática, Gestão, or similar.
