





Main Responsibilities * Manage all construction phases according to budget, schedule, and high standards of quality and appearance, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders; * Define, select, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers according to the specific requirements of each project; * Prepare internal construction control reports, Cost Plan and Production Management Dashboard, Construction Procedures, Scheduling, Provisional Handovers, and Final Account Closure, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Prepare quantity take-offs for projects and subsequent cost estimation; * Apply for the necessary permits to carry out the construction work. Competency Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction management roles; * Experience in civil construction, particularly in specialized and finishing works; * Ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; * Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, versatility, and flexibility to adapt to different contexts and interlocutors; * Leadership and proactive capabilities; * Negotiation skills and results orientation; * Proficiency in IT tools (Office, AutoCAD, Project) and knowledge of English.
