Supporting management through KPIs and periodic reporting **Location:**Lisbon, PT, 1649\-033 **YOUR MISSION** ---------------- Organize and control the Directorate's financial activities, focusing on the maintenance area, ensuring the preparation of budgets and management information in coordination with the Finance Directorate, while guaranteeing adherence to procedures, defined objectives, efficient resource allocation, and compliance with Company standards.**WHAT YOU WILL DO** -------------------- * Prepare the annual budget and related revisions by region and establishment, proposing alternative actions and corrective measures whenever necessary * Produce KPIs and periodic reporting, ensuring visibility of the available budget per establishment and region * Provide management information to support regional teams in efficiently managing the maintenance budget * Support the development of cost projections and historical data for major investments (refurbishments and new construction), contributing to the definition of efficient benchmarks * Ensure alignment with the Finance Directorate in executing processes and complying with standards (invoicing, budgets, provisions, among others) **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * Higher education degree in Management or Finance * 5–6 years of experience (financial area) * Knowledge or experience in store operations * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) * Power BI knowledge (Nice\-to\-have) **WHO WE ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US** ------------------------------------------- Why is working with us different?
