Interface between internal and external suppliers **Integration Platform Engineer Expert** Location: Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid — 2 days/week in the office) About the Opportunity IRISTECH is recruiting an Integration Platform Engineer Expert to join a project within a Level 3 (L3\) platform operations and support service, in a technical, international, and multifunctional environment. The focus is on the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of integration operations, with the candidate serving as the interface between internal and external suppliers. Your Responsibilities * Provide daily operations and maintenance support * Analyze and resolve incidents within SLA timeframes * Handle tickets escalated by L2 support teams * Perform troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnostic tools * Conduct initial Root Cause Analysis and recommend corrective actions * Support deployment, release, and production change activities * Manage service requests, create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles * Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement * Develop automation scripts for repetitive operational tasks * Support major incidents and service restoration activities, including on\-call support when required * Monitor operational KPIs and service quality, identifying risks and improvement opportunities What We Are Looking For * 5–7 years of experience managing the MuleSoft platform (operations, not API development) * MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway) * Terraform and GitHub * OpenShift * Authentication and authorization mechanisms — OAuth, OpenID * Fundamental knowledge of AWS and Azure * ITIL processes * Argo CI/CD * Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills in a multicultural environment, including workshop facilitation * Fluent English (C1\) Nice to Have * XML, XSD, WSDL, WS\-\*, Java, JSON * Networking fundamentals (Virtual IPs, firewalls, load balancers) * Certificate lifecycle management * SOAPUI and Postman at user level * Linux Conditions * Hybrid work model, 2 days/week onsite in Lisbon * Availability for occasional out-of-hours work, including on\-call support * Availability for short trips or occasional temporary relocation to other countries If you have solid experience in MuleSoft platform operations, OpenShift, and Terraform, and enjoy working in an international technical environment with a strong stakeholder management component, send us your application.
