Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle wind tower sections and unload cargo, with industrial experience and willingness to learn, to work in a team and on rotating shifts. Large-scale project under development in Portugal CSWIND PT aims to strengthen its team by integrating a new member with the profile described below. **Responsibilities:** \- Operate machinery both indoors and outdoors, specifically SPMT machines, to ensure movement of wind tower sections between different areas of the factory; \- Unload specific cargo upon request; \- Other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience operating machinery (e.g., cranes, forklifts, etc.) (preferred) \- Industrial experience, especially in logistics (preferred); \- Sense of responsibility and resilience; \- Willingness to learn and pursue professional growth; \- Ability to work effectively in a team; \- Availability to work on bi-weekly rotating shifts; **OFFER:** \- Initial and Continuous Training; \- Shift Allowance \+ Meal Allowance \+ Performance Bonuses; \- Integration into the world's largest wind tower manufacturing group and into a large-scale project under development in Portugal Work Location: Gafanha da Nazaré, Aveiro Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: €920.00 \- €930.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Card/Ticket * Free Parking Work Arrangement: On-site
