We are looking for a Digital \& E\-commerce Specialist to join us on this journey. **Challenge:** Deliver a customer experience through vehicle rental and other related services, driven by the motto “Guerin, a journey made of people”. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain websites, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and technical SEO; * Create and test landing pages and conversion funnels to improve user experience (UX); * Implement and configure GA4, monitor events and conversions, and create customized reports; * Manage and develop email marketing campaigns using tools such as E\-goi; * Optimize user experience (UX/UI) to improve website conversion rates; * Integrate APIs and automate processes with CRM and digital marketing platforms; * Analyze data and generate insights for continuous improvement of digital performance. **Your profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or fields related to E\-commerce; * Good command of English; * Over 2 years of experience in the E\-commerce field; * Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or Python); * Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms; * Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and data analysis; * Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools; * Knowledge of technical SEO, web performance (Core Web Vitals), and PageSpeed; Insights; * Experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing; \- Ability to create advanced reports in GA4 and Looker Studio (advantageous); * Ensure website security and compliance with LGPD/GDPR (advantageous); * Valid driver's license held for over 2 years. **What we offer you:** * Integration into Portugal’s largest automotive group; * Direct employment contract (Base salary \+ Meal allowance); * Immediate integration; * Additional vacation day; * Health insurance extendable to family members \+ Life insurance; * Incentive programs; * Discounts on vehicle purchases from brands represented by Salvador Caetano; * Benefits in acquiring products/services across various sectors (leisure, technology, wellness, education, etc.); * Ongoing training, support, and professional development; * Career progression opportunities within a group with strong national and international presence. **Guerin is a journey made of people!** **DRIVE YOUR LIFE!**
