Job Summary: ADIRA is seeking a MIG Welder to join its team, responsible for performing and coordinating welding operations on large-scale metal structures, ensuring quality and compliance. Main Responsibilities: * Perform MIG welding operations on large-scale metal structures; * Interpret technical drawings and prepare work to be carried out; * Position, align, and tack parts prior to final welding; * Verify dimensions, squareness, and conformity of parts; * Support the organization and distribution of work among other welders; * Ensure quality of completed work, complying with defined technical requirements; * Comply with safety, quality, and workplace organization standards. Required Profile: * Proven experience in welding metal structures; * Welder certification: EN ISO9606\-1 138 (Mandatory); * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Ability to position, prepare, and tack metal assemblies; * Autonomy, precision, and high sense of responsibility; * Strong organizational skills and leadership spirit; * Prior experience in team coordination roles will be valued.
