




SERVICE CENTER OPERATOR **Looking for a new challenge at DHL EXPRESS? This job posting could be for you!** The Service Center Operator is responsible for ensuring the loading, unloading, processing, and dispatch of customer shipments at Service Centers and PuD vehicles, as well as providing activity-related information in accordance with DHL's service procedures, standards, and current safety requirements. The Operations department is responsible for the collection and processing of DHL shipments and their connection to European HUBs and national terminals. We currently have a **Part time** position available for the morning shift. Requirements: * Completed 9th year of schooling (minimum) * Experience handling cargo in warehouses within transportation and logistics companies (preferred) * Good time management / flexibility and availability; * Focus on achieving objectives; * Strong team orientation; * Responsibilities: * Load and unload customer shipments, adhering to safety regulations and current operational procedures; * Verify customer materials/shipments and proceed with their sorting as directed by supervisors; * Check damaged or missing goods to support Customer Care in handling claims; * Identify and confirm volumes/pieces for accurate processing of shipment intake and dispatch at the Service Center; * Scan all shipments and items to be transported, distributing and organizing them into the correct delivery vehicles.
