Recognized for high-standard developments, we value quality, innovation, and rigor in our processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on buildings (structures, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, carpentry, etc.). * Support conservation, rehabilitation, and improvement works on Violas Ferreira’s property portfolio. * Supervise or carry out small-scale civil construction and finishing interventions. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements in all tasks. * Collaborate with the construction/maintenance department to identify future intervention needs. **Requirements** * Proven experience in building maintenance or civil construction works. * Proficiency in multiple trades or coordination with subcontractors/specialists across different disciplines. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. * Driver's license (optional, if travel between buildings is required). * Relevant technical education (e.g., maintenance, civil construction, or similar training). **We Offer** * Join a professional team at a renowned company in the national real estate market. * Opportunity for development and learning on high-standard construction projects. * Positive work environment and multidisciplinary teams.
