We are looking for a Graphic and Visual Designer (m/f) with a keen eye for aesthetics, consistency, and digital experience to join our headquarters in Esmoriz. This professional will be responsible for creating layouts and visual elements that communicate clearly, attractively, and consistently with brand identities, while also contributing to coherent and engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Transform concepts into attractive and functional designs, including layouts, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements for both print and digital formats; * Develop social media content in collaboration with the marketing team; Ensure that all developed materials align with brand visual identities; * Support the creation of digital interfaces with a focus on clarity and usability; * Ensure all materials comply with brand visual identities and guidelines; * Stay updated on design, branding, and UX/UI trends; * Collaborate as part of a team to address challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Requirements: * 1–2 years of relevant experience; * Portfolio showcasing relevant work in graphic and digital design; * Experience in visual communication for both digital and printed media (e.g., newsletters, catalogs, brochures, etc.); * Ability to develop simple, intuitive, and visually balanced solutions; * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in Agile environments; * Basic knowledge of UX/UI and interest in collaborating with digital product teams; * Knowledge of Motion Design and Adobe After Effects.
