You will monitor production processes, ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards, and support the team in maintaining food safety levels. Your responsibilities: - Control of the production process, including records of weights, temperatures, and protective atmosphere; - Monitor metal detection systems and pH control; - Ensure supply of consumables in the production area and intermediate cleaning procedures. What we expect from you: - Completed secondary education (12th grade), preferably with training in Food Safety; - Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to personal hygiene; - Availability to work rotating shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to midnight, including alternating Saturdays off; - Own vehicle, due to location and working hours. What we offer: - Base salary: €920; - Meal allowance: €5; - Monthly bonus: €50.
