Full training provided for those with the right attitude TITLE: PART\-TIME FOOD \& WINE TOUR GUIDE – ENGLISH SPEAKING \- €500 GUARANTEED \+ TRAINING (M/F) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are launching a brand\-new food and wine tour in Portugal and are looking for talent to join our team on a PART\-TIME basis! If you are passionate about Portuguese culture, wine, and gastronomy, and have a knack for entertaining foreign visitors, this role is for you. We welcome applicants with or without previous experience – we provide full training to those with the right attitude and willingness to learn. WHAT WE OFFER Salary: €500 guaranteed per month (fixed base pay, even on days when no tour is scheduled and you dont work, we pay the avaibility). Schedule: 5 days per week, with Sundays off (mandatory). Working hours: 4 hours per day – this is a PART\-TIME role (ideal for students, retirees, or those with other commitments). Availability: Since this is a new tour, client flow is still growing. That is why we pay for your availability – even if you don't work every single day, your minimum salary of €500 is secured. Group size: Small, intimate groups of 2 to 12 people. Language: All tours are conducted exclusively in ENGLISH. CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES Career growth: We promote from within. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Fluent English (spoken and comprehension) – essential for interacting with tourists. Professional appearance, friendliness, and strong communication skills. Residing in Porto. Availability to work on Saturdays (and other weekdays, except Sunday). NICE\-TO\-HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED) Prior knowledge of Port wine, Vinho Verde, or regional Portuguese cuisine. Experience as a tour guide or in customer service. A valid driver's license and own vehicle (a plus, but not mandatory). NO EXPERIENCE? No problem! You will receive a training kit including the tour script, local history, food \& wine terminology, and customer service tips to get you started on the right foot.
