We are looking for a Customer Manager with strong commercial aptitude to join our team. We are a Credit Brokerage company specializing in Mortgage Credit, focused on finding the best solutions for each client and ensuring close, personalized support throughout the entire process. Your role will have a strong customer management and commercial development component, and you will be responsible for: Client reception and follow-up; Lead and new opportunity management; Contacting and qualifying potential clients; Converting leads into clients; Conducting follow-ups and recovering opportunities; Providing close client support throughout the entire process; Collecting, organizing, and submitting documentation to banking institutions; Monitoring processes with involved entities; Identifying new commercial opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
