SYSDEV is currently recruiting a Support Specialist to strengthen its team, to carry out the following tasks: Provide technical support to clients and partners of SYSDEV products, helping to resolve technical issues, answering questions and offering necessary guidance on proper product usage; Understand client and technology partner challenges related to mobility software and propose improvement procedures; Guide the installation and configuration of SYSDEV products at client sites, ensuring all settings are correct and that products operate according to requirements; Identify software improvements that will benefit customer experience; Act as a subject matter expert on products developed by SYSDEV. **For this role, we are seeking someone with:** One to two years of experience in IT support or related roles; Proven skills in algorithms and data structures, particularly in SQL language; **User-level knowledge of ERP systems (e.g.:** Cegid Primavera, Cegid PHC, Sage or others) is an advantage; Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Portuguese and English, especially in active listening processes; Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a proactive and collaborative manner.
