Currently, we are looking for a Ceramic Production Operator (M/F) for a leading company located in the Aradas and Taboeira areas of Aveiro. Job Description: - Operate across various production lines: glazing line, sorting line, packaging line, pressing line, and kiln line. Requirements: - Completed 12th grade (preferred); - Experience in similar roles within this sector; - Immediate availability to start; - Availability to work under continuous shift schedules, including weekends and holidays; - Willingness to commute between the two facilities (Aradas and Taboeira); - Personal transportation. Working Hours: 06:00–14:00; 14:00–22:00; 22:00–06:00; Offer: - Average Monthly Gross Compensation Package (base salary + meal allowance + shift allowance); - Integration into a market-leading company; - Initial and ongoing training.
