Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Software Release Manager in the telecoms (or an adjacent) industry.**Key Responsibilities:** * Own and manage the end\-to\-end software release process across multiple products and platforms * Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and product management teams to ensure timely and high\-quality releases * Define and maintain release schedules, versioning, and deployment plans * Implement best practices for release management, resource optimization and overall governance * Monitor release performance and provide post\-release support and reporting ### **What we're looking for in you...** * Proven experience in software release management within telecom or SaaS environments * Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and deployment strategies * Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage cross\-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple releases concurrently * Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps principles, as well as related tools, including notably JIRA **You demonstrate** * Ownership mindset with strong accountability * Structured and process\-driven approach * Proactive, solution\-oriented attitude * Strong collaboration and communication skills ### **What we can offer you...** * Collaboration with a talented team of dedicated engineers * The chance to work on cutting\-edge technologies and cloud\-based solutions * A flexible and innovative work environment * A competitive salary and benefits
