**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Human Resources Manager** to join our team and assume a cross-functional role in people management and associated administrative processes.
Working closely with employees, you will be responsible for promoting practices that support employee development, motivation, well-being, and appreciation, while simultaneously ensuring administrative and legal compliance.
We seek a professional with a broad HR perspective, capable of balancing technical rigor, organizational ability, and strong people orientation—actively contributing to the organization’s growth and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
Recruitment and onboarding
* Develop recruitment and selection processes;
* Coordinate new employee onboarding and monitor adaptation;
People management and development
* Support employees throughout their tenure;
* Promote initiatives for motivation, well-being, engagement, and employee satisfaction;
* Identify training and development needs;
* Conduct individual and team performance evaluations;
* Contribute to strengthening organizational culture and a positive work environment.
Administrative and legal management
* Ensure payroll processing;
* Manage employment contracts, hiring, and terminations;
* Guarantee compliance with legal, tax, and labor obligations;
* Manage attendance, leave, and other administrative processes;
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;
* Minimum 3–5 years of generalist HR experience;
* Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing (Primavera software preferred);
* Experience in recruitment and selection;
* High sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality;
* Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
* Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
* Proactive mindset, autonomy, and orientation toward continuous improvement;
* Immediate availability (preferred).
