Requirements: Hard skills: 12th grade education or higher education; Knowledge of industrial machines, materials, production techniques and technical drawing; Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software; Experience with Inventor or similar tools; Proficiency in Office tools and general computer applications. Soft skills: Proactive, creative and innovative mindset; Resilience and determination; Teamwork skills and emotional management.
