FUNCTION: Provide internal technical support for hardware and software. Conduct testing on developments carried out by the IT team. Provide technical support for the integration of new clients and ensure ongoing assistance. Ensure the proper operation of internal computer equipment and systems. Collaborate with the development team on programming tasks (PHP and SQL). REQUIREMENTS: Completed 12th grade; degree or technical-professional course in Computer Science (preferable). Previous experience in technical support or IT roles. Knowledge of PHP and SQL programming. Good knowledge of Excel. Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
