Job Responsibilities: \- Perform preparation, production, and finishing operations on parts and structures. \- Visually and dimensionally inspect produced parts. \- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities. \- Maintain records and documentation related to performed operations. \- Comply with internal Quality, Environment, 5S, and Safety procedures. Required Skills/Profile: \- Production experience in an industrial environment \- Knowledge of sanding, drilling, fabric cutting, assembly, or similar tasks \- Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory requirement). \- Dynamic and pro\-active in acquiring knowledge and implementing improvements. \- High standards and ambition.
