Opportunity for career progression Incasometal Group Lda, specialized in metallurgy and industrial maintenance, is recruiting for its facilities in Alfena: Position: Quality Control Technician (M/F) Required Profile: * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; * Education in Drawing/Design (preferred); * Experience in quality control within the metalworking industry; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings/designs; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Strong organizational ability; * Punctual and assiduous. Responsibilities: * ISO9001 implementation; * Process/product quality; * Ensuring conformity of incoming materials and consumables by verifying specifications and certificates; * Monitoring production and/or service delivery to ensure adherence to processes and quality requirements; * Performing and/or supervising Non-Destructive Testing (NDT); * Preparing dossiers, reports, and technical documentation supporting products and completed work; * Defining and implementing improvement plans and actions aimed at optimizing processes, increasing productivity, and fostering organizational growth; * Preparing technical documents related to the Quality Management System; * Supporting internal and external audits; * On-site quality monitoring, based on problem identification and resolution.
