We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a Procurement Manager with knowledge of the national market for the implementation of HVAC systems. **Job Mission** Ensure efficient procurement management of equipment, materials, and services related to HVAC systems, guaranteeing quality, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with technical requirements of projects and the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, select, and negotiate with suppliers of HVAC equipment and materials (air handling units, chillers, fans, ducts, piping, consumables, etc.). * Ensure the best purchasing conditions (price, delivery time, quality, and payment terms). * Monitor material stock levels and manage supply needs in coordination with warehouse and site teams. * Request and analyze quotations, prepare technical-economic comparisons, and support supplier selection. * Issue and manage purchase orders rigorously, ensuring timely fulfillment. * Control and monitor supplier and subcontractor performance. * Maintain an updated database of suppliers and commercial terms. * Coordinate with the projects and construction departments to ensure purchased materials meet technical and regulatory requirements. * Control costs and support the preparation of budgets for commercial proposals. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards in procurement processes. **Skills and Requirements** * Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their components. * Previous experience in procurement or supply roles, preferably in the construction/technical installations sector. * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. * Organized, with planning ability and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Conditions:** \- Integration into a growing company; \- Remuneration based on experience; Send your application to: rh@evoproject.pt Employment type: Full-time Salary: 1,000.00€ - 1,600.00€ per month Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket Experience: * Team management: 1 year (Preferred)
